Prior to founding JK Associates, Judy served as Director of Customer Relationship Management Services for Hewlett-Packard Company. She was responsible for:
Judy also has considerable experience in Direct/Database Marketing and Information Technology Management. She has managed global projects and global teams responsible for representing the customer's perspective in developing HP's CRM programs. She has extensive experience in the complexities of implementing worldwide CRM programs for both consumer and B2B customer segments and has considerable knowledge in the differences and similarities between CRM expectations of business and consumer segments, and how to deal with these. Judy has also provided very strong leadership within HP and the industry at large in raising the awareness of the importance of customer privacy issues in building customer trust and loyalty, particularly online.
- setting the strategic direction for CRM Services within HP,
- designing, building and managing the common infrastructure components to support online and offline customer relationship touch points, and
- developing, implementing and managing HP's Customer Privacy Program (internal implementation and external industry position).
Judy received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
